CRITICAL FIX: The homelab server runs the full stack (runner + GlitchTip + observability tools), not just the runner. Copying homelab/runner/docker-compose.yml would have destroyed all other services. Changed: homelab/runner/docker-compose.yml → homelab/docker-compose.yml
